What are the delivery times?

Where can I get your products?

All our products are available in our online store. You can also visit our points of sale section to find the shop nearest you that distributes a selection of our products.

What are the forms of payment accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You must write to us at service@bulle.ca within 12 hours of your purchase. For more information, refer to the Return Policy and Warranties section.

I received a product that did not match my order or received a defective item, what should I do?

You must contact us at service@bulle.ca within 15 days of receiving the product.

How should I service my Bubble product?

Refer to the product description for the product in question for service conditions.

My child's necklace is now too small, what can I do?

Purchase a necklace extension, available at a low cost of $2.00.

I placed an order, but I still have not received a confirmation email, is this normal?

The confirmation email may have been in your unwanted emails or there has been an error in entering your email address that does not allow you to send confirmation of your order. Please contact us at service@bulle.ca to validate the status of your order.

My child has nibbled the clasp of his collar and it is no longer functional, what can I do?
