Shipping before holiday

Do you want to complete your mini’s Christmas stocking with a little BUBBLE surprise? Make sure to follow our recommendations and order before these dates to receive your package just on time!

– Regular delivery: before December 10
– Purolator: before December 17

Finally, we must remember that deliveries are never guaranteed even if we work verrrrry hard, it’s a pretty busy time of the year for our favorite carriers! 

Our offices will be closed from December 24, 2021 to January 2, 2022 inclusive. Orders placed during this period will therefore be processed upon our return from January 3, 2022.

 

Free delivery
BULLE offers free delivery in Canada for all orders that reach a minimum of $60.00 before taxes. Extra charges may apply for shipping in remote area. You will be contacted via email if you are concerned. 

Processing times
Processing time before mailing is evaluated between 2 to 4 business days. 

If your order contains one or more pre-order items, delivery of the order will be made when all items are ready to be shipped. It is possible to split your order into two deliveries with an additional charge. If you would like to opt for this option, contact us at web@bulle.ca.

 

Delivery times
BULLE ships its orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We normally use the services of Canada Posts and Purolator.

The delays indicated are for information only, various factors can extend delivery times of the carriers and are totally out of our control (holidays, strikes, lost packages, etc.). However, we do our best to inform our customers about known delays.

Here are the average times, according to Purolator standards:
   Purolator Express au Canada: 1 working day
   Purolator Routier au Canada: 2-4 days

Here are the average times, according to Canada Post standards:
   Regular letter mail delivery in Quebec: 2-4 days
   Regular letter mail delivery outside Quebec (Canada): 2-10 days

Small package by air (International): 1-2 weeks

 

Validity of the delivery address
It is your responsibility to enter a valid delivery address, otherwise additional shipping delays and charges will apply. You must ensure, before confirming your order, that the address provided is complete and error-free. If you notice an error in your address and your package has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at service@bulle.ca. If the package has already been shipped and it returns to us in absence of a valid address, we can redirect the package to the correct address for an additional delivery fee. No refund will be made for packages delivered to the wrong place following an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Special terms and conditions
Additional shipping time may apply for shipments to: Northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Labrador, Newfoundland, Nunavut and Nunavik.

 

Other delivery terms
BULLE is not responsible for unclaimed packages as well as the costs inherent to returning merchandise. The forwarding fees of an order not claimed at the post office within the prescribed period shall be assumed by the customer. BULLE reserves the right to change its delivery policy at any time without notice.
